Giving back by shopping

I thought that it would be a good idea to give back this Christmas by donating a percentage of my mark earnings to Toys for Tots.

I am sure you have all heard about Toys for Tots and if you haven't you should because it's a great organization. They buy and collect toys to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas, which I believe every child deserves. LBD for LESS....

So I was reading Lucky Magazine's "from the runway to your closet: dresses under $100" when I recognized this look from Ralph Lauren - it looks just like mark.'s Ace of Lace dress! Here's the photo from the runway (credit: WWD via luckymag.com):

And here's the dress from mark., which costs $29. I actually like mark.'s dress better than the Ralph Lauren one - it comes in a very flattering silhouette and can be put in the washing machine and drier (a rarity for most of my clothes these days).

Also, I checked out the reviews from some of the reps that already have this dress and they say it's super flattering. With the holidays coming up, this dress would be perfect to wear to a party, you could also pair it with Mark's High Society necklace($26) for a cute and inexpensive look.(And for those of you who say that the necklace is pricey, it's two necklaces so your actually paying $13 for each one)

Great Find!

I was recently introduced to mark. cosmetics by a commercial and thought, I love makeup and it's not that expensive I guess I will give it a try. Well, I am sold!
